Abstract
"MéTODO DE PREPARAçãO DE UM PRODUTO DE LYOCELL". O uso de madeira de densidade baixa a partir de operações de adelgaçamento, por exemplo, produzirá uma viscosidade de massa parda menor para um dado número capa alvo. Um diferencial da viscosidade da polpa de 200 mPa.s por bola em queda tem sido detectado dos cozimentos de Kraft de madeira de densidades baixa e alta. O uso de madeira de densidade baixa pode reduzir a temperatura do estágio de alvejamento e a dose de agentes químicos necessários na instalação de alvejamento para produzir as especificações de polpa lyocell. A madeira de densidade baixa também aumenta a capacidade para a redução da viscosidade da polpa para níveis muito baixos sem aumentar o índice de cobre da polpa ou a concentração de carbonila na polpa acima de níveis aceitáveis.
