Abstract

"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA USINAGEM DE BORDA DE UMA LENTE óTICA DE PLáSTICO E UMA FERRAMENTA DE COMBINAçãO PARA A MESMA". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para a usinagem de borda em particular de lentes de óculos de plástico (L) com dois eixos de suporte alinhados (14, 16) rotativos com um ângulo de rotação controlado (<sym>~ B~) em torno de um eixo de rotação de uma peça de trabalho (B) entre os quais a lente pode ser grampeada e um eixo porta-ferramenta (12), por meio do que uma ferramenta de combinação (10) pode ser comandada de forma rotativa em torno de um eixo de rotação de uma ferramenta (C) que corre paralela ao eixo de rotação da peça de trabalho. Os eixos de suporte e o eixo porta-ferramenta podem ser movidos com controle de posição uns em direção aos outros em uma primeira direção axial (X) e, opcionalmente, paralelos uns aos outros em uma segunda direção axial (Z) perpendicular à primeira direção axial. De acordo com a invenção, para uma usinagem giratória da borda (R) da lente, a ferramenta de combinação pode ser girada com um ângulo de rotação controlado (<sym>~ C~) em torno do eixo de rotação da ferramenta, por meio do eixo porta-ferramenta, de modo que uma ferramenta giratória (36) provida na ferramenta de combinação possa ser colocada em um encaixe de usinagem giratória definido com a borda da lente. A invenção também compreende uma ferramenta combinada de fresagem e giratória e um método combinado de fresagem e usinagem giratória. Como resultado, a borda da lente pode ser usinada de forma muito flexível, rápida e com uma alta qualidade de usinagem.
