Abstract

"ESTRUTURA MULTICAMADA BASEADA EM POLIAMIDAS E EM UMA CAMADA DE LIGAçãO FEITA DE UMA MISTURA DE COPOLIAMIDA". A presente invenção se refere a uma estrutura multicamada à base de poliamidas, compreendendo: - uma primeira camada (1) formada de uma poliamida P~ 1~ ou bem de uma mistura de poliamida P~ 1~ e de poliolefina PO~ 1~ com matriz poliamida P~ 1~; - eventualmente uma camada (2 bis) formada de EVOH; - uma camada (2) formada de uma mistura de copoliamidas 6/12, uma compreendendo em peso mais de 6 que de 12 e a outra, mais de 12 que de 6; - uma camada (3) formada de uma poliamida P~ 3~; P~ 1~ e P~ 3~ podendo ser idênticas ou diferentes, as camadas (1), (2), (2 bis) e (3) sendo sucessivas e aderentes entre elas em sua zona de contato respectiva. De acordo com uma variante, a primeira camada contém negro de fumo eletrocondutor que produz uma resistividade surfácica inferior a 10^ 6^ <87>. De acordo com outra variante, a estrutura da invenção compreende uma camada suplementar (1 bis) disposta do lado da camada (1) e contendo negro de fumo eletrocondutor, gerando uma resistividade surfácica inferior a 10^ 6^ <87>. Vantajosamente, a poliamida P~ 1~ ou P~ 1~ bis é escolhida dentre a poliamida 6, a poliamida 6,6 e a poliamida 12 e, de preferência, a PA 6. Vantajosamente, a poliamida P~ 3~ é escolhida dentre as PA-11 e as PA-12 e, de preferência, a PA-12. As estruturas da invenção podem se apresentar sob a forma de tubulações nas quais a camada (1) ou (1 bis) fica interior é a camada (3) no exterior. Elas são úteis como tubulações para o transporte de gasolina. Essas tubulações podem ser fabricadas por co-extrusão. A presente invenção se refere também à utilização das misturas de copoliamidas da camada (2) como compatibilizantes de misturas de poliamidas, em particular as misturas que compreendem a PA 12 e pelo menos uma poliamida escolhida dentre a PA 6 e a PA 6.6. Ela se refere também a essas misturas em si.
