Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE áCIDO METACRìLICO E SEUS éSTERES". São aqui fornecidos métodos melhorados para produzir ácido metacrílico e ésteres de metacrilato usando etapas de processamento combinadas ou "integradas" incluindo hidrólise integrada, sistemas de craqueamento integrados e combinações destes. Em uma forma de realização outros aspectos de uma seq³ência de produção de ácido metacrílico e éster de metacrilato são integrados. Também são fornecidos métodos para purificar fluxos de ácido metacrílico bruto para formar ácido metacrílico glacial que seja pelo menos 95 % puro.
