"SISTEMA DE FIXAçãO EXTERNO PARA TRATAR FRATURAS óSSEAS" Um sistema de fixação externo para tratar fraturas ósseas, que compreende um primeiro suporte 2 e um segundo suporte 3, respectivamente para primeira e segunda séries de grampos de travamento 4 para pinos 5 a serem inseridos em porções 6, 6a de um osso 7 formado por uma borda de fratura 8, ainda compreendendo elementos de conexão 9 interpostos entre os primeiro e segundo suportes 2, 3 que permitem rotação relativa ajustável entre os primeiro e segundo suportes ao redor de um eixo que coincide de maneira substancial com um eixo longitudinal do osso 7.
