Abstract
"ARQUITETURA DE ACIONADOR DE DISPOSITIVO DE REDE, SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA HABILITAR ACESSO DE ESPAçO DE NúCLEO DE SISTEMA OPERACIONAL COMO TAMBéM ACESSO DE ESPAçO DE USUáRIO PARA UM CONTROLADOR DE INTERFACE DE REDE (NIC), E, MéTODO PARA HABILITAR ACESSO ENTRE O ESPAçO DE NúCLEO DE SISTEMA OPERACIONAL E UM CONTROLADOR DE INTERFACE DE REDE (NIC) COMO TAMBéM ENTRE O ESPAçO DE USUáRIO E O DITO NIC". A invenção propõe uma arquitetura de acionador de dispositivo de rede com funcionalidade distribuída entre o espaço de núcleo e o espaço de usuário. O acionador de dispositivo de rede global inclui um acionador de dispositivo de espaço de núcleo (10) e funcionalidade de acionador de dispositivo de espaço de usuário (20). O acionador de dispositivo de espaço de núcleo (10) é adaptado para habilitar acesso à funcionalidade de acionador de dispositivo de espaço de usuário (20) por uma interface de espaço de núcleo - espaço de usuário (15). A funcionalidade de acionador de dispositivo de espaço de usuário (20) é adaptada para habilitar acesso direto entre o espaço de usuário e o NIC (30) por uma interface de espaço de usuário - NIC (25), e também adaptada para interconectar a interface de espaço de núcleo - espaço de usuário (15) e a interface de espaço de usuário - NIC (25) para prover acesso de espaço de núcleo e acesso de espaço de usuário integrado ao NIC (30).
