Abstract

"FAGOS ISOLADOS E SEU USO EM PRODUTOS ALIMENTARES E RAçõES PARA ANIMAIS". A presente invenção refere-se a isolados de fago tendo uma forte atividade lítica contra Enterobacteriáceas patogênicas tais como cepas de Escherichia coli e/ou Salmonella e seu uso em vários produtos alimentares para o homem e para animais para o tratamento ou a prevenção de doenças bacterianas causadas por Enterobacteriáceas patogênicas tais como Escherichia coli, em particular para terapia por fagos de gastroenterite infantil, ou infecções por Salmonella. Ela também refere-se a produtos alimentares para o ser humano e para animais preparados com os mesmos.
