Abstract

"CILINDRO LAMINADOR PARA A LAMINAçãO DE FUNDIDOS METáLICOS E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE UM TAL CILINDRO LAMINADOR". A invenção refere-se a um cilindro laminador para banho de fundição de fundidos metálicos, particularmente fundidos de aço, com um material metálico consistindo em corpos de cilindros (2) sobre os quais é aplicada uma camada (4), que é formada a partir de um material metálico, que apresenta uma maior dureza do que do material do corpo de cilindro (2). O cilindro laminador de acordo com a invenção apresenta uma elevada vida útil e propriedades de uso aperfeiçoadas. Isto é obtido pelo fato de que a camada (4), respectivamente ao longo da espessura (D), apresenta uma dureza menor no âmbito limite dos corpos de cilindros (2) do que no âmbito de sua superfície (5) livre.
