Abstract

"CONJUNTO INJETOR DE COMBUSTìVEL PARA MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto injetor de combustível, que apresenta para cada cilindro do motor de combustão, uma bomba de combustível de alta pressão (10), bem como uma válvula injetora de combustível (12) com esta unida. Um pistão (18) da bomba de combustível de alta pressão (10) limita um compartimento de trabalho da bomba (22), unido a um compartimento pressurizado (40) da válvula injetora de combustível (12), apresentando um componente injetor da válvula (28), pelo qual são controladas as aberturas de injeção (32) e que, contra uma força de fechamento, pode ser movido em uma direção de abertura (29). Por meio de uma válvula de comando (70) será controlada uma ligação (64) de um compartimento pressurizado de comando (52), limitado por um pistão de comando (50), unida ao compartimento de trabalho da bomba (22). Com o componente injetor da válvula (28) disposto na sua posição de fechamento, o pistão de comando (50) libera uma ligação principal (84) com grande seção transversal de fluxo em passagem, e com o componente injetor da válvula (28), disposto na sua posição aberta, fechará a ligação principal (84), liberando apenas uma ligação derivada (80), com reduzida seção transversal de fluxo em passagem, sendo que a ligação derivada (80) está configurada em uma seção de alojamento (54), que limita o compartimento pressurizado de comando (52).
