Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE EIXO". é provido um conjunto de eixo de direção. O conjunto inclui uma viga de eixo que define uma bossa em uma extremidade. A bossa define um furo configurado para receber um pino mestre. A bossa define adicionalmente dois furos adicionais que intersectam o furo de pino mestre e que são configurados para receber chaves de engate usadas para prender o pino mestre dentro do furo de pino mestre. As chaves de engate são dispostas em um lado interno do pino mestre. O conjunto inclui ainda porcas dispostas em torno de uma extremidade das chaves de engate no mesmo lado da viga de eixo. A localização interna das chaves de engate e a localização no mesmo lado das porcas reduzem o tempo de montagem para o conjunto de eixo de direção, e travam de forma segura o pino mestre dentro do furo.
