Abstract
"PROCESSO E INSTALAçãO DE RECUPERAçãO DE ETANO, GáS ENRIQUECIDO EM METANO E PRODUTOS ENRIQUECIDOS EM ETANO E EM HIDROCARBONETOS". Processo de recuperação de etano, empregando um ciclo de refrigeração utilizando uma mistura de, pelo menos, dois fluidos refrigerantes, gases obtidos por este processo, e instalação de realização. A invenção refere-se a um processo e a uma instalação de refrigeração de misturas gasosas, visando a separação criogênica dos componentes de um gás sob pressão (1). O processo compreende um ciclo refrigerante em que um fluido (13) é separado, em um balão separador (B2), em uma fração menos volátil (4), útil para a produção de frio em uma primeira temperatura relativamente alta em um trocador (E1), e em uma segunda fração mais volátil (5), útil para a produção de frio em uma segunda temperatura relativamente baixa em um trocador (E2). As frações (4,5) reaquecidas e expandidas são reunidas, depois comprimidas em um compressor (K1). The process comprises a refrigerant cycle in which a fluid (13) is separated in a separating flask (B2) into a less volatile fraction (4) useful for producing cold at a relatively high first temperature in an exchanger (E1). ), and in a second more volatile fraction (5), useful for producing cold at a relatively low second temperature in an exchanger (E2). The reheated and expanded fractions (4,5) are pooled, then compressed into a compressor (K1). A fraction (26) from the compressor (K1) is cooled to provide the fraction (13).
