Abstract

"JUNTA FILETADA TUBULAR COM FILETES TRAPEZOIDAIS COM FACE DE FILETE ARQUEADA CONVEXA". A presente invenção refere-se à junta filetada tubular compreende dois elementos filetados macho e fêmea parafusados um no outro sob um binário determinado, nos quais pelo menos uma face de filete sob pressão de contato (125) possui, antes da aparafusação, uma forma arqueada convexa contínua sobre sua largura de raio de curvatura compreendido entre 2 e 60 mm, e está em contato pontual com a face correspondente (26) do elemento conjugado. Essa junta filetada apresenta uma resistência aumentada ao desaparafusamento ou à superaparafusação. Em um modo de realização, a face arqueada convexa (125) é um fianco de filete macho ou fêmea e um dos filetes macho ou fêmea compreende uma calha (31) que desemboca no topo de filete (29) para tornar flexível, segundo o caso, o flanco arqueado convexo (125) ou o flanco correspondente. Essa geometria permite acomodar variações de contato entre flancos.
