Abstract

"PRODUTO BASEADO EM CROMO EM UM COMPOSTO PROTéICO HIDROLISADO E PROCESSO PARA FAZER O MESMO". Um produto baseado em cromo em um composto protéico hidrolisado e processo para produção deste, compreendendo uma etapa de solubilização do complexo proteína-cromo contido nos resíduos de curtimento, como por exemplo, as aparas e sobras, produzidas de etapas de corte e eliminação de rebarbas de couro curtido, a descarnadura, os pedaços e divisões tratados pela cal, produzidos a partir dos processos de pré-curtimento, e os depósitos de apara, permitindo transportar efetivamente o cromo nos processos de curtimento e reciclar o cromo contido nos resíduos de processos de curtimento, fazendo diretamente um produto reutilizável no couro.
