Abstract

"APARELHO DE VáLVULA PARA COMPRESSOR HERMéTICO". A presente invenção relaciona-se com um aparelho de válvula para um compressor hermético. Na presente invenção, um avanço elástico (40) é de forma inteiriça formado com uma válvula de descarga (30) de modo a reduzir a força de choque gerada quando a válvula de descarga (30) colide com um assento da válvula (26) e para facilitar a abertura da válvula de descarga (20). O avanço elástico (40) é formado por ser cortar uma parte intermediária da válvula de descarga (30) e uma extremidade livre do avanço elástico é dobrada para ser direcionado para uma extremidade livre (36) ou para uma parte presa (32) da válvula de descarga (30). A extremidade livre (36) do avanço elástico (40) é suportada em uma superfície de baixo de uma reentrância (27) em um prato de válvula (20) e assim, o avanço elástico (40) exerce força elástica sobre a válvula de descarga (30) em uma direção em que a válvula de descarga (30) é aberta. De acordo com a presente invenção construída desse modo, o ruído gerado quando a válvula de descarga (30) opera pode ser minimizado e a operação de abertura / fechamento da válvula de descarga (30) pode ser suavemente executado.
