"MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM PNEU PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO, PRODUTO SEMI-ACABADO DE MATERIAL ELASTOMéRICO, E, PNEU SEM CâMARA PARA VEìCULOS". é descrito um produto semi-acabado de uma mistura elastomérica na forma de uma tira fina (1), que é adequado para fabricar o forro impermeável a gás interno (109) de um pneu (101) do tipo sem câmara, tendo uma seção transversal reta que é trapezoidal e simétrica com respeito ao centro da tira. é também descrito um método para fabricar um pneu sem câmara para veículos, compreendendo a etapa de formar a camada de forro (109) pela colocação de voltas de tira (1) da mistura dispostas lado-a-lado e parcialmente sobrepondo-se sobre um suporte rígido (10), em que ditas tiras têm um perfil tendo uma seção transversal reta trapezoidal e simétrica e são colocadas com a base maior do trapézio em contato com o suporte rígido com sobreposição entre as partes afiladas de duas voltas adjacentes.
