Abstract

"PRé-POLìMEROS DE POLIURETANO COM GRUPOS NCO E CONTEúDO BAIXO DE POLIISOCIANATO MONOMéRICO". A invenção refere-se à produção e uso de um pré-polímero de poliuretano, com grupos isocianato e baixo conteúdo de poliisocianato monomérico, que é obtenível por mistura de pelo menos um componente (I), reativo, que apresenta grupos uretano, com pelo menos um poliisocianato (II), que apresenta grupos uretano, com baixa concentração de monómeros. O pré-polímero de PU de acordo com a invenção é apropriado para colagem de matérias sintéticas, metais e papéis e, particularmente, para embalagens flexíveis. O pré-polímero de PU de acordo com a invenção, apesar de um baixo conteúdo de poliisocianato monomérico, distingue-se por altos conteúdos de isocianato e uma viscosidade adaptada à finalidade.
