A presente invenção se refere a uma disposição de fixação de endurecimento (de têmpera, de tratamento de metal para que fique resistente à abrasão e à alta temperatura) para endurecimento simultâneo de um grande número de lâminas de serra, compreendendo uma placa de fundo (13) contra a qual os terminais inferiores (12) das lâminas de serra estão suportados, pilares verticais (14) e placas laterais (15) com aberturas laterais, onde tiras de guia (16, 17) e elementos de distanciamento (19) mantêm as lâminas de serra paralelas próximas umas das outras sem força de compressão, onde as partes estruturais são feitas a partir de grafite com uma superfície de revestimento não contendo carbono.
