Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR FILETES SINTéTICOS A PARTIR DE MISTURAS DE POLìMEROS". A invenção refere-se à produção de filetes sintéticos a partir de uma mistura de polímeros que consiste em poliamida como polímero básico e pelo menos um polímero aditivo, a mistura de polímeros sendo prensada através da abertura de bicos como fundido de polímeros com velocidade(s) de extrusão na faixa entre 18 e 160 m/min. Os filamentos assim formados são resfriados, combinados em filetes, trefilados e bobinados pela formação de pelo menos uma bobina de filete. O teor de polímero aditivo na mistura de polímeros não é menor do que M% em peso e não mais do que 2,5% em peso, onde M é derivado de 0,0001 <sym> v - 0,4, onde v é a velocidade de trefilação do filete, e v fica na faixa entre 4.500 e 8.000 m/min. O polímero aditivo é amorfo e virtualmente insolúvel no fundido polimérico. No filete bobinado, o polímero aditivo está presente no polímero básico em uma estrutura fibrilosa, a razão s:v fica na faixa entre 1:50 e 1:250. Após o bobinamento, a bobina de filete tem, de preferência, um peso de filete bobinado de pelo menos 4 kg.
