Abstract
"REDES FIBROSAS ESTRUTURADAS ABSORVENTES E EQUIPAMENTOS E PROCESSO PARA A SUA PRODUçãO". AND EQUIPMENT AND PROCESS FOR THEIR PRODUCTION". A fibrous structure having at least one first region defining a foreground and having a first elevation, and a second region extending out of the foreground to define a second elevation, the second region comprising a plurality of fibrous pads. . At least some of the fibrous pads contain fibrous capsules and cantilevered fibrous portions extending laterally from them at the second elevation. The cantilevered portions are raised from the foreground to form pockets therebetween. In a cross section perpendicular to the foreground, the fibrous cushion has a cross-sectional base measured at the first elevation and a cross-sectional perimeter, and the ratio of the cross-sectional perimeter to the cross-sectional base is greater than 4 /1. A laminated fibrous structure is also shown which contains at least one fibrous sheet having a plurality of cantilevered fibrous portions. A process for producing the fibrous structure comprises the steps of obtaining a plurality of fibers disposed on a deflection member having a shaped structure provided with a rear side and a mesh side opposite it, and portions of deflection ducts, including a plurality of raised suspended portions of a plane formed by the rear side to form voids therebetween, and the deflection of a portion of the fibers into the deflection ducts so as to cause some of the deflected fibers to be disposed within said spaces voids, thus forming the fibrous dome and the cantilevered portions extending laterally thereof.
