Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO ELéTRICO". A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo elétrico compreendendo pelo menos um núcleo (5, 10) de material magnético e um enrolamento de alta voltagem (16) na forma de um condutor elétrico enrolado em torno do núcleo, assim como a um método para fabricação de tal dispositivo. O dispositivo compreende uma primeira camada isolante (14) de um material sólido eletricamente isolante que envolve o núcleo (10) e que é disposta entre o núcleo (10) e o enrolamento de alta voltagem (16) ; e uma segunda camada isolante (18) de um material sólido eletricamente isolante que envolve o enrolamento de alta voltagem (16) . Uma camada semicondutora é disposta em ambos os lados de cada uma das camadas eletricamente condutoras.
