Abstract

"NOVOS FILMES DE POLIETILENO". Novos filmes soprados e estirados são preparados à base de copolímeros de etileno e alfa-olefina tendo (a) uma densidade na faixa de 0,900 a 0,940; (b) uma Mw/Mn aparente de 2-3,4; (C) I~ 21~/I~ 2~ de 16 a 24; (d) energia de ativação de escoamento de 28 a 45 kJ/mol; (e) uma razão de Ea(HMW)/Ea(LMW) > 1,1, e (f) uma razão g' (HMW) /g' (LMW) de 0,85 a 0,95. Os filmes apresentam uma excelente combinação de processabilidade e resistência e são particularmente adequados para uso tanto em filmes estirados quanto em filmes soprados para uso como sacos para serviço pesado. Os filmes preferidos mostram um impacto de disparo de > 110 g e elongações na MD de > 500%.
