Abstract

"ACOPLAMENTO RáPIDO SEPARáVEL COM UM GRAMPO DE SEGURANçA". A invenção refere-se a um acoplamento rápido separável para ligar linhas transportadoras de líquido, especialmente linhas de combustível de veículos automotores. Um acoplamento rápido da invenção compreende um inserto tubular (3) com uma nervura retentora periférica (4), um alojamento de acoplamento (1), um elemento de encaixe cilíndrico (6) para a peça inserta (3) e um elemento retentor separado (2) com arestas (5) retentoras elásticas e expansíveis que penetram por trás da nervura retentora (4) quando a peça inserta (3) estiver introduzida. Um grampo retentor (9) com um segundo mecanismo de travamento está previsto na frente da abertura de inserção (8) do alojamento (1), no caso em que o mecanismo de fechamento do elemento retentor (2) apresentar falha. O referido grampo de retenção (9) compreende um quadro (11) adaptado na parte frontal (10) do alojamento de acoplamento (1) que pode ser travado em saliências correspondentes (13) na parte externa do alojamento de acoplamento (1) através de duas braçadeiras (12) elásticas e expansíveis. O quadro vinculado com ling³etas de travamento (16) inseridas no elemento de encaixe (6), afim de manterem travado a nervura retentora (4), uma vez que o elemento retentor (2) inicial tiver sido encaixado firmemente atrás da peça inserta (3). As ling³etas retentoras (16) estão preferencialmente ligadas em uma extremidade com o anel de apoio (14) que é puxado dentro do elemento receptor (6) através da nervura retentora (4), ao mesmo tempo em que é introduzida a peça inserta (3), realizando assim automaticamente um travamento seguro da peça inserta (3).
