Abstract

"CONTROLE DE CHAMADA DE DESTINO PARA ELEVADORES". A invenção refere-e a um sistema de controle de chamada direcionado para a organização da logística de elevadores, o qual oferece um melhoramento na performance de transporte, é flexível e construído de forma robusta e, em particular, pode levar em consideração exigências de transporte de passageiro individuais e/ou coletivas. De modo a determinar a seq³ência de jornada ótima para serviços das chamadas direcionadas registradas, é provido um sistema de planejamento, o qual calcula os serviços das chamadas direcionadas por meio de um método de pesquisa baseado em situação para um critério de otimização predefinido e fixo. Em cada mudança relevante na situação instantânea do elevador, uma programação completamente nova é determinada, a qual, então, o elevador realiza. As exigências de serviço de tecnologia de controle podem ser ajustadas para se adequarem às necessidades de cliente mutáveis pela quantidade e/ou pela definição dos operadores aplicados. O controle logístico de qualquer número de elevadores com layouts variáveis, por exemplo, um grupo com múltipla coberta, é possível com um sistema de controle direcionado disposto como um sistema de agente múltiplo.
