Abstract

"SISTEMA PARA CONCESSãO DE TOTAL DE APOSTAS". O objetivo da presente invenção é um método para a concessão de prêmios, também conhecido como totais de apostas progressivos, em associação com um jogo de apostas tal como um jogo de póquer. Uma aplicação particular desse método é em associação com um jogo de póquer em um dispositivo de jogos eletrónicos. Para conceder o total de apostas progressivo, os jogadores devem acumular em um contador um número de pontos correspondendo exatamente a um dos critérios predeterminados. Para obter pontos, os jogadores têm somente que jogar o jogo de póquer como em qualquer outra máquina de póquer. Os pontos são adicionados no contador junto com os resultados vencedores no jogo. Uma modalidade particular consiste em conceder dois tipos de pontos: pontos vencedores e pontos sem vitória. Com essa modalidade, somente pontos vencedores são efetivos para ganhar o total de apostas progressivo. Os pontos sem vitória aumentam os valores do contador, mas não podem levar a ganhar o total de apostas.
