Abstract

"BATENTE PARA EMBREAGEM E PROCESSO DE MONTAGEM DE UM êMBOLO COM UM ROLAMENTO." A presente invenção propõe um batente que compreende um êmbolo (14), móvel axialmente, e um anel (261), solidário de um caminho de rolamento (C1), enganchado no êmbolo (14) com o auxílio de meios elásticos de pinçamento de efeito axial (38,40). O anel (261) é munido de uma face proximal (F1,62) e de uma face distal (F2, 70) disposta axialmente depois da face proximal (F1, 62). A face proximal (F1, 62) se apóia em uma primeira face de enganchamento (A1, 64) disposta no êmbolo (14). Os meios de pinçamento (38, 40) se apóiam na face distal (F2, 70) do anel (26I) e em uma segunda face de enganchamento (A2, 76) disposta no êmbolo (14). As primeira (AI, 64) e segunda (A2, 76) faces de enganchamento dispostas no êmbolo (14) são dispostas axialmente antes da face distal (F2, 70) do anel (26I). A invenção também propõe um processo para a montagem dos elementos desse batente
