Abstract

"BOLSA RETORTáVEL, E, MATERIAL LAMINADO PARA UTILIZAçãO EM UMA BOLSA RETORTáVEL". é divulgada uma bolsa retortável, para utilização com produtos alimentícios. A bolsa retortável inclui pelo menos uma folha feita de um material laminado de três camadas ou de quatro camadas. O material laminado inclui uma camada externa de polietileno tereftalato, uma segunda camada opcional de náilon, uma terceira camada de lâmina metálica e uma camada interna de polipropileno. Um adesivo sem solvente é utilizado para unir as camadas juntas. A bolsa retortável é formada vedando termicamente as bordas de uma ou mais folhas do laminado, de tal modo que as camadas de polipropileno sejam voltadas para dentro e sejam soldadas juntas. A bolsa e seu conteúdo podem então ser pasteurizados por meio de tratamento térmico sem degradação do laminado ou da vedação térmica.
