Abstract

"PROCESSO SELETIVO PARA PRODUZIR UM ANÈMERO A PARTIR DE UM DERIVADO DE SACARìDEO 1-FOSFORILADO E PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM NUCLEOSìDEO". Um isómero desejado é seletivamente preparado por fosforolização e isomerização de uma mistura de anómeros de um derivado de sacarídeo 1-fosforilado enquanto cristalizando um dos isómeros para deslocar o equilíbrio. Além disso, usando a ação de uma nucleosídeo fosforilase, um nucleosídeo é preparado a partir do derivado de sacarídeo 1-fosforilado obtido e uma base com melhorada estereo-seletividade e um maior rendimento. Este processo é um processo seletivo para anómeros para preparar um derivado de sacarídeo 1-fosforilado e um nucleosídeo.
