Um dispositivo (21) que possibilita que seja criado um compartimento para preservar alimentos a uma temperatura controlada dentro de um compartimento de refrigeração (1), este último sendo posicionado dentro de um gabinete refrigerador que também compreende um compartimento de temperatura menor do que 0<198>C.
