Compreendendo basicamente uma estrutura tubular metálica onde são montados módulos arrancadores e picadores num número variável de 2 a 6 sendo cada módulo provido anteriormente de uma lâmina de corte (10) metálica substancialmente em "L" fixada à estrutura por meio de um pino de segurança transversal (11); um par de rolos cónicos horizontais (12) dispostos paralelamente alinhados, nos quais incorporam-se externamente roscas helicoidais transportadoras (13) e, em suas bases, roscas arrancadoras (14), após as quais é disposto um par de rolos recolhedores verticais (15) dotados de aletas radiais (16), esses rolos recolhedores (15) sendo posicionados anteriormente a uma câmara picadora (17) no interior da qual gira um rotor picador (18) dotado de lâminas em cruz (19), dita câmara picadora (17) apresentando superiormente uma bica de saída (20) de material picado, esse conjunto sendo acionado por usual caixa de transmissão (21) acoplável à tomada de força convencional de um trator de modo a movimentar uma engrenagem posterior (22) do rotor picador (18) simultaneamente a uma engrenagem intermediária (23) conectada a um par de engrenagens posteriores extremas (24) dos rolos cónicos horizontais (12), que incorporam ainda em seus eixos jogos de coróa e pinhão (25) conectados aos citados rolos recolhedores (15)."COTTON AND SIMILAR STRAIGHTENING CHOPPER AND CHOPPER".
