Abstract

"CAMA PARA PESSOAS EM ESTADO DE PROSTRAçãOPERMANENTE". Com uma armação formada por uma partecentral e partes laterais articuladas para apoio de um colchão, cujasuperfície inferior está aderida a uma tela com bordas lateraisasseguradas por correntes e através destas, a engrenagens demecanismos extremos da cabeceira e dos pés da armação. Estesmecanismos permitem deslizar o colchão para formaralternativamente nas partes laterais da armação proeminênciaslongitudinais para provocar a rolagem do paciente econseq³entemente, uma mudança de posição nos mesmos. Aarmação é suportada sobre um conjunto de barras articuladas emforma de tesoura para a sua elevação e descida provida de órgãosde posicionamento vertical do paciente. Os mecanismos dedeslizamento do colchão, as partes laterais da armação e oconjunto de barras de apoio são comandados de forma simultâneaou não, e a distância, evitando-se deste modo, esforços físicospara posicionar o paciente.
