Abstract

"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA MOLDAR POR COMPRESSãO UMA TAMPA DE FECHAMENTO DE RECIPIENTE". Um método e dispositivo para a produção de uma tampa de fechamento com uma primeira parte (16, 17) e uma segunda parte (18), unidas entre si, pelo menos, uma seção mais fina (19). O dispositivo contém uma parte fêmea do molde (11) e uma parte macho do molde (12), as quais são móveis uma em relação à outra, a fim de encerrar uma cavidade do molde. Depois do fechamento da cavidade do molde, uma parte adicional do molde (14) é móvel em relação à cavidade do molde, a fim de reduzir o seu volume, até que o material plástico preencha a cavidade do molde por completo. Conseq³entemente, a invenção assegura que, durante a moldagem por compressão na cavidade do molde, a tampa de fechamento e, em particular, também a seção mais fina (19) seja formada por completo no molde provido.
