Abstract

"SISTEMAS ATUADOR E DE CONTROLE DE FLUXO E MéTODOS PARA CONTROLAR UM ATUADOR". Um sistema de válvula de travamento (10) inclui um transdutor piezoelétrico (44) montado em seu alojamento (16). Para mudar o estado da válvula, um microcontrolador (54) faz com que um acionador de válvula (58) acione a corrente através da bobina do atuador (12). Continua a acionar a corrente através da bobina (12) até que a saída do transdutor alcance uma magnitude característica do distúrbio que resulta tipicamente quando a armadura do atuador (22) alcança o fim de seu percurso. Nesse ponto, o microcontrolador (54) interrompe o acionamento da corrente através da bobina.
