Abstract

"FORMULAçãO FARMACêUTICA, E, FORMA DE DOSAGEM EM TABLETE". Formulação farmacêutica para a administração na mucosa oral de liberação prolongada de apomorfina que compreende quantidade terapeuticamente efetiva de apomorfina ou sal farmaceuticamente aceitável ou sua pró-droga em combinação com veículo que compreende de cerca de 10 porcento em peso até cerca de 95 porcento em peso de dextrano, baseado no peso total da formulação. Em uma realização da invenção, dextrano que tem peso molecular na faixa entre cerca de 5000 Daltons e 100.000 Daltons no componente único da formulação para prolongar a liberação do componente de droga ativo. Em realização alternativa, mistura de celulose microcristalina e dextrano atua como os componentes para prolongar a liberação de apomorfina.
