Abstract

"ARRANJO DE AMOSTRA, PROCESSOS PARA MEDIR OU DETECTAR UMA INTERAçãO ENTRE COMPONENTES, PARA TESTAR OU OTIMIZAR UMA OU MAIS PROPRIEDADES DE UMA FORMULAçãO DE UM COMPONENTE ATIVO, E PARA MEDIR OU DETECTAR UMA INTERAçãO ENTRE UM MATERIAL SENSóRIO EM UM OUTRO COMPONENTE, E, SISTEMA PARA MEDIR OU DETECTAR UMA INTERAçãO ENTRE COMPONENTES". TO MEASURE OR DETECT AN INTERACTION BETWEEN COMPONENTS, TO TEST OR OPTIMIZE ONE OR MORE PROPERTIES OF A FORMULATION OF AN ACTIVE COMPONENT, AND TO MEASURE OR DETECT AN INTERACTION BETWEEN A SENSORY MATERIAL IN ANOTHER COMPONENT, AND, A SYSTEM TO MEASURE OR DETECT AN INTERACTION BETWEEN COMPONENTS ". The invention relates to high production processes for preparing an arrangement comprising a large number of samples, each sample consisting of a combination of components, in varying concentrations and identities, and high production processes for testing each sample for one or more properties. Such processes allow the detection or measurement of interactions or the detection of the lack of interactions between inactive components and active components; between multiple inactive components; or between multiple active components. The invention is particularly suitable for producing a large number of samples of pharmaceutical excipients at the same time, then quickly testing each sample to detect or measure an interaction. Once such an interaction is detected or measured, it can be exploited to develop formulations optimized for pharmaceutical administration.
