Abstract

"VìRUS RECOMBINANTE, INFECCIOSO DE DOENçA BURSAL INFECCIOSA, MéTODO PARA OBTER O MESMO, IBDV MOSAICO INFECCIOSO ( MIBDV ), E, VACINA". A invenção refere-se a vírus recombinante de doença bursal infecciosa ( IBDV ) e vacinas derivadas do mesmo. A invenção provê vírus recombinante infeccioso de doença bursal infecciosa ( rIBDV ) essencialmente incapaz de crescer em uma célula que não é derivada de uma célula bursal, ou um rIBDV infeccioso tendo retido pelo menos parte das características muito virulentas de um vírus de doença bursal infecciosa muito virulento ( vvIBDV ).
