Abstract

"TENSOR DE CORREIA". Tensor de correia montado numa estrutura de montagem em modos normal e reverso que compreende uma estrutura de cubo. Uma estrutura de braço encontra-se montada de forina pivotante sobre a estrutura de cubo para movimentos pivotantes com respeito ao mesmo em torno de um eixo central de pivó relativamente à estrutura de cubo entre a primeira e a segunda posições limitadoras. Uma polia acoplável à correia montada de maneira a poder girar sobre a referida estrutura de braço para movimento rotativo em torno de um eixo giratório paralelo ao eixo pivotante. Proporciona-se um sistema de mola para tensionar elasticamente a referida estrutura de braço para longe da primeira posição limitadora e no sentido da segunda posição limitadora. A estrutura de cubo inclui uma abertura central que se estende axialmente através do mesmo configurada de modo a permitir que um pino de montagem se estenda através da mesma e em relação fixa com a estrutura de montagem. A estrutura de cubo inclui uma placa de montagem de modo normal sobre uma extremidade axial do mesmo que se acoplar à estrutura de montagem quando o pino de montagem é fixado na mesma como previamente indicado. A placa de montagem de modo normal inclui estrutura localizadora de modo normal que coopera com estrutura localizadora sobre a estrutura de montagem e o pino de montagem para manter a estrutura de cubo em uma posição de modo normal sobre o mesmo permitindo orientação de modo normal da polia com respeito a uma correia sem-fim a ser tensionada, sendo que o sistema de mola tensiona elasticamente a referida polia no sentido da segunda posição numa relação tensora com a correia. A estrutura de cubo também incluindo uma placa de montagem de reserva sobre uma extremidade axial oposta do mesmo apresentando estrutura localizadora de modo reverso sobre a mesma. A placa de montagem de modo reverso e estrutura localizadora são configuradas de modo a acoplar e cooperar com a estrutura de montagem e o pino de montagem para manter a estrutura de cubo em um modo reverso permitindo a orientação em modo reverso da polia com respeito a uma correia sem-fim a ser tensionada, sendo que o sistema de mola tensiona elasticamente a polia no sentido da segunda posição numa relação tensora com a correia.
