Abstract

"ESTRUTURAS DE LIBERAçãO DE AROMATIZANTE DE LONGA DURAçãO PARA GOMA DE MASCAR E PROCESSO DE SUA FABRICAçãO". A presente invenção fornece processos e composições para melhorar a duração de sabor na goma de mascar. Numa forma preferida, a presente invenção fornece composições de matriz compreendendo uma hidroxipropilcelulose com ligações cruzadas com um carboxilato multifuncional para render uma matriz que apresenta uma solubilidade em água menor do que o material celulósico original. Esta matriz pode ser moída, tendo um aromatizante incorporado neste e usada em composições de goma em que facilita uma liberação prolongada do aromatizante.
