Abstract
"PROCESSO E APARELHAGEM PARA POLIMERIZAçãOCONTìNUA". A presente invenção compreende um processo depolimerização contínua para a manufatura de polímeros de olefinasegundo uma reação de polimerização em fase gasosa contínuaonde o monómero, após passagem através de um leito fluidizado, éresfriado até uma temperatura abaixo do ponto de orvalho paraproduzir uma mistura de gás e líquido frios. Todo ou parte do gásfrio é introduzido no fundo do reator para servir como a corrente degás fluidizante para o leito fluidizado. o líquido frio separado damistura é aquecido para formar um fluido aquecido passando-o poruma relação de troca de calor indireta com o leito fluidizado e ofluido aquecido é então injetado diretamente sobre o leito,combinado com a corrente de gás fluidizante; aspergido sobre oleito ou combinado com monómero gasoso removido do leitofluidizado para resfriamento.
