Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "RECIPIENTE E MéTODO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM RECIPIENTE PARA PRODUTOS FRáGEIS". Recipiente tubular para produtos frágeis é provido de acordo com a presente invenção que inclui uma tampa flexível de extremidade que se move para dentro contra os produtos quando um vácuo é aplicado durante o empacotamento para prover um apoio de amortecimento aos produtos. A tampa flexível de extremidade é fixada a uma extremidade de uma parede de corpo tubular possuindo extremidades opostas e superfícies interna e externa e compreende uma tira de material enrolado. Um forro flexível possuindo partes de extremidade opostas é fixado às respectivas extremidades do corpo tubular por meio de uma banda adesiva entre o forro e a superfície interna da parede de corpo tubular. O forro flexível assim possui uma parte central livre entre as partes de extremidade a qual se move para dentro contra os produtos quando um vácuo é aplicado. Um orifício de respiro pode ser formado através da camada de corpo e uma etiqueta externa por meio de um laser para, por ai, permitir a passagem de ar.
