Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA IDENTIFICAçãO E QUANTIFICAçãO DE IMPUREZAS EM MATERIAL EM Pó". A Presente invenção refere-se a um processo para identificação e quantificação de impurezas em material em pó compreendendo as etapas de: a) prover uma amostra do material em pó a ser analisado; b) gerar imagens espectrais RGB ampliadas da amostra do material em pó; c) classificar os componentes da imagem através da resposta espectral, separando o referido material em pó das impurezas e determinando qualitativamente as impurezas através da comparação da resposta obtida com padrões preestabelecidos; d) calcular a área relativa percentual ocupada pelo material em pó e pelas impurezas na imagem RGB; e e) calcular o percentual de impurezas existentes na amostra através de comparação das áreas relativas calculadas em (d) com áreas relativas calculadas em imagens RGB do referido material em pó contendo quantidades conhecidas de impurezas e utilizadas como padrão.Invention Patent: "PROCESS FOR IDENTIFICATION AND QUANTIFICATION OF IMPURITIES IN DUST MATERIAL". The present invention relates to a process for identifying and quantifying impurities in powdered material comprising the steps of: a) providing a sample of the powdered material to be analyzed; b) generate enlarged RGB spectral images of the powder material sample; c) classify the components of the image through the spectral response, separating said powder material from the impurities and qualitatively determining the impurities by comparing the response obtained with pre-established standards; d) calculate the percentage relative area occupied by the powder material and the impurities in the RGB image; and e) calculate the percentage of impurities in the sample by comparing the relative areas calculated in (d) with the relative areas calculated in RGB images of said powder material containing known amounts of impurities and used as a standard.
