Abstract

"SISTEMA INTEGRADO DE INSTRUMENTOS PARA ANáLISE AUTOMATIZADA DE áCIDO NUCLEICO, E, PROCESSOS PARA EXECUTAR ANáLISES DE áCIDO NUCLEICO, E DE DIAGNóSTICO PARA A COLETA DE DADOS DE UMA AMOSTRA DE TESTE QUE CONTENHA UMA OU MAIS SEQuêNCIAS DE áCIDO NUCLEICO EM UM INSTRUMENTO AUTOMATIZADO". Um instrumento automatizado e processo para análise de ácido nucleico são fornecidos. O instrumento automatizado é um sistema integrado que inclui uma estação de processamento de amostra, um módulo de primeira reação, um módulo de segunda reação, um módulo de detecção e um módulo de controle para executar a avaliação homogênea de especificidade ampla e reações de detecção múltipla em uma amostra de teste de ácido nucleico. A análise de ácido nucleico realizada no instrumento inclui as etapas de conduzir uma primeira reação de teste usando-se um formato de detecção baixa e se necessário, uma segunda reação de teste selecionada usando-se um formato de detecção alta, detectar os sinais gerados das reações de teste e processar os dados do sinal em um módulo de controle.
