Abstract
The parentheral drug is used in veterinary practice. It extends the action of the active substance to seven days upon bio-compatibility with the human body. In effect, these are bio-disintegrating microspheres that are between 1 to 200 mkm in size. They are made of denaturated beef serum albumen and 9 α-fluoro-16 α-methylprednisolone in proportion of 10/0.5 to 10/2 weight parts. The method includes mixing of the water albumen suspension and 9 α-fluoro-16 α-methylprednisolone in oil phase in proportion of 1/100 to 10/100 vol. parts at 100 to 1,500 degrees C and mixing until full albumen meshing and infiltration.
