Abstract
The method is applied in the food and pharmaceutical industry. With it, a lysosime of high capacity and cleanness is derived via a simplified technology, lower duration of process, which avoids the lasting stages of recrystalization for purification of the product without adding pH correctors. The method: a lowacid macroporose carboxyle cathionite resin is treated with a homogeneous egg white with a natural pH of 9.0 to 11.0 under the continuous mixing at a speed of between 40 to 50 revolutions/minute for 60 minutes. The derived enzyme solution after eluation is subject to a thermic treatment at a temperature of 60 degrees C for 30 minutes at a continuous mixing. Before the temperature processing pH of the enzyme solution is lowered to about 3.5.
