Abstract
The method is applied in immune-prophylactics of sheep diseases anthrax and lysteriosis. It is easily applied in industrial conditions of production, while the derived vaccine is harmless for laboratory animals, lambs and sheep. Thus a biomass with high concentration of bacterial bodies and uniform in morphology culture with 80 to 90% vitality of the bacterial cells is derived at protection of their immunogenic properties. The method is implemented, by separately cultivating avirulent R variant of Bac. anthracis and strains L. monocitogenes, registered in NBICC under No. 251 and 252, associated in proportion 1:100 and are lyophilised at cascade regime.
