Abstract
The liquid is applied for pieces' polishing intended for use in microelectronics. It is derived following a simplified technology and ensures high coarseness, by retaining the productivity of the working instrument. At its application, there is no need to add washing detergents at washing of the treated pieces. The liquid contains 95 to 99% weight: 18 dodecylbenzolsulphonic acid, 7.5 nonilphenol, etoxilated with 10 mols of ethylene oxide, 3 ethylene alcohol, 1.5 sodium tripolyphosphate, 2 carbamide, 4.5 monoetanolamin, 1 sodium chloride and 62.5 water.
