(54) MEANS FOR RECOVERY OF EROSTED LAND, LANDSLIDE ZONES AND WASTE LANDFILLS
Field of technology
The utility model refers to a means of restoring eroded terrain, landslides and landfills, applicable to restoring the stability of soil cover and soil fertility, as well as to restoring the ecological balance of the environment.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Areas destroyed by adverse environmental impacts, whether due to natural phenomena or human activity, are increasing. These are landslides, slopes, quarry areas, landfills, etc., whose surfaces are often devoid of vegetation and are covered with unstable material, posing a threat to the stability of the soil cover. The vulnerability of these areas increases even more due to the fact that they are localized in sloping surfaces and are covered with infertile soil.
That is why it is especially important to offer materials that strengthen and restore the humus layer of the soil, which is especially important both for the stability and balance of the various ecosystems and for the type of environment typical of the surrounding region.
To strengthen landslide areas, drainage facilities are used, including pipes of a certain diameter and length and width, which according to patent UA 58676 are placed in baskets with ballast and quarry material or various variants of reinforcing structures driven at a certain angle into the soil; a metal mesh attached directly to the soil surface or incorporated into a structure (CN 103526774 A) in an appropriate manner shall also be used to avoid further washing away of the soil layer.
(GEU 20071341).For the restoration of eroded areas of the environment are known means based on the use of artificial soil, substrates of man-made fibers, straw, geotextile material, as well as the application of reinforcing emulsion of bentonite, zeolite, aqueous silane solution and seeds of common area grasses (GEU 20071341).
European patent EP 0736587 B1 describes an agent for repairing eroded soil areas, which is a spray of a semi-liquid mixture comprising peat, hydraulic binder, resins, lime, seeds and fertilizer. It is designed for regeneration of soil areas exposed to harmful effects such as landslides, ski slopes, quarry surfaces, road slopes and more. It is claimed that the invention allows both the reduction of the erosive and washing effects of the rains and prevents the drying of the treated area.
However, the means described above do not imply a complex biotechnological approach to the restoration of eroded terrains, landslides and landfills.
The task of the utility model is to offer a means for restoration of eroded terrains, landslide zones and landfills, which effectively leads to stabilization and development of humus layer on the soil damaged by adverse natural and human factors and complete restoration of soil fertility and the ecological balance of the environment.
Technical essence of the utility model
90.0 ml/kg.In essence, the utility model includes sludge from wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) or livestock and a 1% solution of a bacterial preparation consisting of naturally occurring microorganisms in the soil with column-forming units (CFU) from 6.106 to 18.106 in an amount of 30.0 to 90.0 ml / kg.
1:2,7:1,8:3:1,2:2:1,3:1,6.In particular, the bacterial preparation contains microorganisms selected from the group consisting of the genera Bacillus, Corynebacterium, Pseudomonas, Arthrobacter, Flavobacterium, Rhodococcus, Azotobacter and Streptomyces in a ratio of 1: 2,7: 1,8: 3: 1,2: 2: 1.3: 1.6.
26 %.Sewage sludge and livestock sludge used to strengthen and rehabilitate eroded slopes and landslides, according to the utility model, is biomass with a high content of micro- and macronutrients and biologically active substances, the organic content of which varies from 7 up to 26%.
2101 UI2101 UI
It was found that 11 sludges contained from 1 to 8 kg of total nitrogen, from 0.5 to 0.8 kg of total phosphorus and from 0.6 to 2.0 kg of total potassium; reaction of the environment - neutral to alkaline. The mechanical composition of the sediments shows that they are clayey-sandy with high hygroscopicity and high content of soil microorganisms and microbial carbon, and the C / N ratio is evidence of a relentless process of conversion and initial phase of humification. These data make sludge from treatment plants and livestock suitable as a substrate to be used for the restoration of eroded soils.
On the other hand, the combined bacterial preparation, according to the utility model, representing a combination of naturally occurring beneficial microorganisms with column-forming units (CFU) from 6.106 to 18.106, is harmless to the environment, does not contain pathogenic and opportunistic bacteria, yeasts and molds and is effective at temperatures above 20 ° C, residual substrate humidity and access to atmospheric oxygen. Its use in experiments for decomposition of solid waste from 5 treatment plants with an initial organic matter content over 87% shows that the bioconversion per day varies between 0.7 to 1.0% dry matter, and for a period of 80 days the dry matter decreases by 44% compared to the initial amount. Study 10 of the pathogenic microflora showed a reduction of the pathogenic species of coliforms and enterococci in the substrate to 90% compared to the initially established.
Данни за ефективността на бактериалния препарат, съгласно полезния модел, за редуциране 15 съдържанието на органични замърсители в утайки от пречиствателни станции за отпадъчни води и поспециално на съдържанието на полициклени ароматни въглеводороди са представени на Таблица!.Data on the effectiveness of the bacterial preparation, according to the utility model, for reducing the content of organic pollutants in sludge from wastewater treatment plants and especially the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are presented in Table !.

To prove the effectiveness of the bacterial preparation with a view to its use in treatment plants, at the University of Food Technology (UFT), Plovdiv, studies were conducted on solid waste from a treatment plant in Plovdiv with an initial organic matter content of over 87%. The experiments were performed in 500 ml cans, each containing 100 g of solid waste, 200 ml of water and 1% solution of the bacterial preparation, according to the utility model. The jars were placed at 28 ° C and tested for dry matter content, total number of microorganisms, pH, medium viscosity and composition of the gases emitted.
The development of microorganisms begins 24 to 45 hours after inoculation, and at the same time begins intensive biodegradation of organic matter with the release of large amounts of gases. For the intensive development of microorganisms and efficient utilization of organic substances, the presence of oxygen is necessary, due to which the system follows an open type.
In the course of the experiments it was found that after the first three days the biosystem stabilized and the amount of bioconversion per day varied 55 between 0.7-1.0% dry matter, as the periods of intensive degradation were interrupted with those with lower activity, shown in fig. 1. Under optimal conditions, the process of biotransformation of solid waste proceeds stably, without sharp 4θ deviations, illustrated in fig. 2, where the results are for a period of 80 days. During this period, the dry matter decreases by more than 44% compared to the initial amount of solid residue used by the treatment plant, in which the organic matter is decomposed mainly to carbon dioxide. The results of the study also show a reduction in the amount of inorganic substances and a reduction in the amount of heavy metals and xenobiotics.
The examination of the pathogenic microflora after 70 days shows a reduction of the pathogenic species of coliforms and enterococci to 90% compared to the initially established amount.
