Abstract

The device is designed for ejecting the fired cartridge caseby discharging part of the exhaust gases. By their energy thegases actuate the breech of the weapon, the barrel is unlocked andextracts and ejects the fired cartridge-case. The device consistsof a cylindrical bushing (2) inserted on the barrel (3), ascrew-type or straight groove (4) machined under the bushing onthe surface of the barrel, and a cylindrical hole (5) connectingthe beginning of groove (4) and the groove of barrel (3).
