Abstract
Les bulles produites sur une électrode dans un procédé électrolytique sont amenées à coalescence en prévoyant un dispositif de masquage inerte du point de vue électrique et limitateur de surface, dont au moins une partie inférieure est immergée dans l'électrolyte, ce dispositif de masquage réduisant la surface libre de l'électrolyte, comprise entre les électrodes, ce qui amème les bulles gazeuses à se rassembler au point de subir une coalescence, ce qui donne des bulles plus grosses et une moindre formation de brouillard acide.
