Abstract
The manually-operated car windscreen washer, esp. to enable a driver to clean his windscreen during a brief stop e.g. at a petrol station, consists of a container which can be fitted to a fixed post or a movable unit. The container is equipped with an inner flexible hose on a reel, leading to a spray head on the outside. - The spray head can be rubber-covered for protection, and it has a scraper blade on the back. The hose is connected to a water supply and to a tank of detergent which is linked to the hose through a electromagnetic valve. The delivery of water and detergent can be controlled e.g. by a coin slot.
Description

DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY FOR THE APPLICATION FOR A PATENT.
The present invention consists of a manual windshield washer system for automobile glazing.
This principle of public utility will allow users, when
of their passage in service station, to be able to be useful themselves
of the device to wash the windows of their vehicle.
This system can be used in all service stations,
garages, vehicle cleaning services, etc.
The invention is described in more detail in the attached sketch:
a shower handle (1) covered with a protective layer
made of rubber. This shower can be fitted with a system of small rotary brushes of the standard type activated by pressure from
the water. On its back is fixed a squeegee (2) in hard rubber, interchangeable in case of wear.
This shower handle is connected to a reinforced rubber hose (3) itself fixed to a reel (4) with an automatic return system.
The electromagnetic valve, in 24 volts (5) allows the passage
water and triggers the mixer (6) which allows the passage of the detergent which is in a tank (8).
The triggering of this mechanism can be actuated by a coin trigger (7) coin token or magnetic card.
An electrical safety box (9) can be installed in the device.
An electrical system can also be inserted in the device
to keep the water to a certain degree.
The frame consists of two parts, a fixed part (10) and an opening part (11).
