Abstract

Le condensateur céramique monolithique de l'invention présente un facteur Q d'environ 10 000 à 1 Mhz et comporte des électrodes enfouies en alliage à 70 % de Ag et 30 % de Pd, qui sont frittées à 1100 degrés C. Le corps en céramique comporte un constituant cuisant à haute température, en titanate de magnésium et de zinc, et un flux au borate fondant à basse température. Le coefficient de température de capacité dans les limites de + ou - 30 ppm/oc.
